For our Rural Wireless service, our customers have the option to put their service on a Seasonal Standby. The following are the policies around Seasonal Standby services:
- Seasonal Standby can be activated for a minimum of two months and a maximum of six months
- Seasonal Standby lowers the bill to $20/mo. + tax while the service is on standby
- Time spent on Seasonal Standby does not count towards time towards your contract (if applicable)
- Seasonal Standby requests must be received before the 25th of the previous month
- Service will automatically be re-activated on the 1st day of the 7th month and billing will resume for regular plan pricing on the first business day of the 7th month
- Seasonal Standby is available only on NETSPECTRUM Rural Wireless plans, standby is not available for DSL or Cable Internet connections.
