Windows 10 PPPoE

Step 1: Click on the start menu and navigate to "Settings" - it should be a gear icon

Step 2: Once the settings menu pops up, click on "Network and Internet". Click on it.

Step 3: On the left hand side of the menu you should now see the "Dial Up" option. Click on it.

Step 4: Once in the Dial Up section, you should see and option for  "Set up a new connection or network". Click on it.

Step 5:  A new window should open up, you will want to click the top option. It should be "Connect to the Internet". If it is selected(highlighted Blue), click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the window.

 In some case it might bring you to another screen that asks if "Do you want to use a connection you already have?" If it does, click "No, create a new connection". If it doesn't show this, skip to Step 6.


Step 6: The next screen should show a few different options, click on "Broadband (PPPoE)".

Step 7: At this screen it should ask you for a Username and Password. If you know what it is, enter it now. If you are unsure you can call our tech support at 1-800-461-6379 or or submit a ticket at www.netspectrum.ca/support and we will be able to provide the credentials to you. The other options on this screen are optional.
